Mesenteric cystic and caverneous lymphangioma is rare benign tumor. It used to be confused frequently with the mesenteric cyst due to similarity in clinical manifestation and gross appearances. However, two disease entities can be differentiated
by

of the fact the lymphangiomas often behave in aggressive manner, invade the adjacent structures, and have a myriad of small cysts in addition to large cysts.
Recently, authors treated two patients with cystic and cavernous lymphangioma in left side mesocolon; one of the was 3-month-old female and the other was 10-year-old boy.
